We partnered with Hanson Surfboards to design a retail
environment that captures the authentic spirit of Southern
California surf culture while delivering a high-performance
shopping experience. Our approach balanced laid-back coastal aesthetics with disciplined merchandising, creating clear product zones for boards, wetsuits, and apparel. Using natural textures,
open sightlines, and durable materials suited to a beach
environment, we developed a space that feels both welcoming
and highly functional. The result is a retail store that resonates
with core surfers and casual customers alike, strengthens brand identity, and drives consistent sales growth.
